Job Description

As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining client accounts, driving new business opportunities, and promoting our range of offshore rigging and wire rope products. This role is suitable for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technical sales environment.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients
• Actively promote company products and capabilities through presentations, meetings, and trade shows
• Conduct cold calls, secure sales appointments, and perform regular site/customer visits
• Drive daily sales activities and report visit outcomes to the Director
• Stay up to date on industry trends, customer expectations, and emerging technologies
• Coordinate and develop quotations and sales proposals
• Support the Division Sales Manager in sales strategies and market share growth
• Provide on-the-job training to junior staff on ISO standards and SOPs
• Assist sales team in preparing customer quotations and documentation
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

• Preferably with experience in wire ropes, rigging, or marine/offshore equipment
• Independent, confident, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and committed to achieving KPIs
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with own vehicle
• Singaporean Only
