System & Operations Executive - Bedok

We are looking for a hands-on, versatile System & Operations Executive to support both the IT infrastructure and daily operational processes of our trading business. This hybrid role combines system administration and business operations, making it ideal for someone with a strong sense of responsibility, tech-savviness, and basic programming/database knowledge.

Key Requirements:

• Support automation and optimization of internal processes using scripts (e.g., PHP, JavaScript, VBA)
• Perform basic database maintenance and generate custom queries/reports
• Monitor and maintain system performance, backups, and data security
• Manage company IT infrastructure, including computers, printers, network equipment, and servers
• Handle user account setups, email configurations, software installation, and troubleshooting

1. SKILLS

Proficiency in SQL and experience with database/report generation

Basic programming skills (e.g., PHP, VBA, or JavaScript) for automation tasks

Familiar with Windows systems, networking, and common office IT tools

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and communicate clearly across teams

• Oversee daily sales and purchase operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments
• Maintain internal systems and ensure data accuracy
• Generate regular operational reports (e.g., inventory, sales, logistics)
• Support continuous improvement of workflows and digital tools
• Assist in identifying and automating repetitive tasks
