Efficiently manage the marketing budget, guaranteeing strategic allocation.

Execute end-to-end CRM campaigns, maximizing customer retention across diverse channels.
Collaborate with media and influencers to curate impactful content, enhancing brand awareness.
Coordinate with the graphic design team for compelling marketing collateral.
Implement digital marketing strategies across platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, Inbound Marketing, and SEO.
Deliver timely performance reports, providing valuable insights for future initiatives.
Tackle ad-hoc duties with diligence and creativity.

Requirements:

A' Levels or equivalent; Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or multimedia-related disciplines is advantageous.
2-3 years of proven experience in marketing or multimedia-related roles
Proficiency in various social media/digital marketing channels such as TikTok, Instagram.
Creative with persuasive copywriting skills.
Proactive, task-driven, with a positive attitude.
Independent and hands-on approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Results-oriented.
Team player with a vibrant, positive attitude.
Good time management skills.
