Regional Sales Manager (Valves and Actuators) - Pasir Ris

• Develop new customer accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing, negotiating, and closing deals with potential customers.
• Review project specifications and prepare or evaluate sales quotations.
• Provide timely reports to management on market trends, competitors’ activities, and other relevant updates.
• Stay updated on competitors’ products, pricing strategies, and new product developments.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies and targets to achieve company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments (operations, procurement, and technical teams) to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
• Deliver pre- and post-sales support, including technical assistance, to customers.

• Experience in valves and actuators within the oil & gas, marine, or offshore sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industrial valves (ball, gate, globe, butterfly, check, etc.) and electric/pneumatic actuators.
• Regional sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior management, colleagues, and clients.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
