Marketing Executive - Bukit Merah

What you’ll do:

We are looking for a Marketing Executive/Manager to lead results-driven campaigns and grow brand presence in Singapore. In this role, you will manage the full marketing lifecycle to drive awareness, creative ideation, implementation and growth, contributing to OWNDAYS’ continued expansion and success.

• Lead marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer marketing and People Relations channels.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and help develop campaign concepts, messaging and visuals.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives including seasonal promotions, product launches and brand activation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring campaign to life.
• Leverage insights and market research to identify consumer needs, industry trends and commercial opportunities that drive business growth.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting, insights and optimizations.
• Manage the marketing budget, campaign logistics and marketing calendar to ensure timely roll-out of initiatives across all touchpoints.
• Create and optimize content for all channels to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, run competitor audit and monitor competitor activity to inform marketing efforts

What you are looking for:

• Minimally 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing with exposure to campaign planning, creative development or digital marketing.
• Experience in retail, consumer tech, e-commerce or high-growth start-ups will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Canva, CapCut, Excel or other design tools is a plus
• Good writing skills and familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Strong interest in brand storytelling, digital marketing and creative content.
• Creative and data-driven thinker with a results-oriented approach.
• Detail-oriented, excellent in project and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, lead teams and drive projects.
