About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join the Acrometa Group Limited team in our Golden Mile Tower office. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to management within the organisation.This is a full-time position offering the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing- Managing the daily calendar and schedule of a senior executive, including arranging meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports and other documents on behalf of the executive
- Maintaining and organising electronic and paper-based filing systems
- Screening and responding to phone calls, emails and queries on the executive's behalf
- Coordinating events, conferences and other functions as required
- Providing general administrative support and performing other duties as requested
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant is a plus
- Working knowledge of HR processes will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Reliable, mature, and discreet with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
- A professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- Former cabin crew experience is an advantage, valued for service mindset and professionalism
