About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join the Acrometa Group Limited team in our Golden Mile Tower office. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to management within the organisation.

This is a full-time position offering the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing
  1. Managing the daily calendar and schedule of a senior executive, including arranging meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  2. Drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports and other documents on behalf of the executive
  3. Maintaining and organising electronic and paper-based filing systems
  4. Screening and responding to phone calls, emails and queries on the executive's behalf
  5. Coordinating events, conferences and other functions as required
  6. Providing general administrative support and performing other duties as requested
What we're looking for
  1. Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
  2. Prior experience as a Personal Assistant is a plus
  3. Working knowledge of HR processes will be an added advantage
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
  7. Reliable, mature, and discreet with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
  8. A professional demeanor with a positive attitude
  9. Former cabin crew experience is an advantage, valued for service mindset and professionalism
