We are looking for a Japanese-Speaking Investment Analyst (Equity Research).

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive fundamental research on Japanese listed companies.
- Generate high-conviction investment ideas and present theses to the investment committee.
- Build and maintain financial models, including 3-statement, DCF, and scenario analyses.
- Engage with Japanese management teams and industry experts to gather insights.
- Monitor portfolio holdings and update earnings forecasts accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in equity research or asset management.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
- Proficiency in Japanese to communicate effectively with Japanese speaking stakeholders.
