Job Description & Requirements :

Job Purpose

The purpose of Customer Service Officer is to process order and co-ordinate operations within the Company. The department is a link between Sales to operations. Customer Service Officer is to execute timely completion of orders and delivered to customers.

• Attend to telephone and email sales inquiries for all range of product in Tat Lee Engineering.
• Require basic desk research to support business development activities, collate and circulation of industry/product information
• Processing of Sales Quotation, Sales Order to Delivery Orders, to ensure all processing are on time
• Require to review contract (eg. Sales Agreement, Sales Blanket Order, Customer's Purchase Order)
• Liaise with Freight Forwarders on incoming and outgoing shipment
• Attend to Walk-in customers
• Follow up on status of Sales Quotation and Sales Orders
• Coordinate with in-house operation team for manufacture and delivery schedule
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requrested.
• Maintain office files and records
• To assist Finance department to follow-up payment with customers
• General necessary sales reports for reporting to the Sales Manager.
• Ad-hoc tasks pertaining to job role and business needs will be reviewed and may be assigned accordingly by the HOD.

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma of Logistic Management or Diploma of Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• SAP B1 knowledge will be an advantage
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Possess good communication and business writing skills
