We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Branding & Corporate Communications) to join our dynamic team. You will lead the development and execution of brand strategies, corporate narratives, and integrated communication campaigns that strengthen Aventis’ visibility, reputation, and engagement across stakeholders.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the Aventis brand voice and elevate its presence across digital, print, and media platforms.
What You’ll Do- Brand Strategy & Implementation
- Align the brand narrative with institutional strategy and mission
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans that reinforce brand identity and build reputation
- Create compelling content for internal and external stakeholders—including press releases, newsletters, speeches, and web copy
- Curate and update the corporate website with timely news, insights, and institutional developments
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate collaboration across internal teams, faculty, and leadership to ensure brand consistency
- Manage media relations and work with external agencies and partners on PR and advertising initiatives
- Collateral & Asset Management
- Oversee the development of both digital and print marketing materials, including corporate pitch decks, brochures, videos, and presentation kits
- Develop new brand assets for upcoming programmes, initiatives, and strategic units
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation
- Stay abreast of branding trends, marketing technologies, and the evolving media landscape
- Drive innovation in how Aventis communicates its value to prospective students, partners, and the public
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, Agency, branding, or marketing roles
✔️ Core Competencies:
- Strong understanding of branding principles, storytelling, and content strategy
- Familiar with digital marketing, social media platforms, and public relations
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with a sharp eye for design, messaging, and tone
