Quality Control Technician

Benefits:

• Basic salary: Up to $3500
• AWS + Variable Bonus + Other Good Benefits + OT Payable if required
• Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-house laboratory testing (sensory, solubility) and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Coordinate with external labs (e.g. Setsco) for sample submission, testing, and result tracking
• Support sample preparation, trial runs, and maintain proper sample documentation and traceability
• Conduct quality control checks during production, including GMP and hygiene audits
• Monitor environmental testing and follow up on corrective actions
• Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and SOPs
• Oversee lab operations including cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and inventory control
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety systems.
• ISO22000, Food Safety Level 1 & 3 certified
