Career Coach (1-Year Contract)

Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and manage work assignments for the Career Consultation team.
- Provide job referrals and/or placement support for students/graduates.
- Provide career coaching/consultation services to aid students/graduates in career and employment readiness.
- Maintain and administer online portal to provide relevant learning resources and job opportunities.
- Assist in planning and organising career-related activities (e.g. workshops, talks, career fairs)
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
- Minimum Degree and above in any discipline.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Cheerful and encouraging in nature.
- Strong collaborative and time management skills.
- Obtained a recognised Career Coaching certification is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in arts/creative related industry/organisations is an added advantage.
