Position information
  • Job Title: Executive - Trade Marketing
  • Function: Trade Marketing
  • Reports to: Retail & Trade Marketing Manager
  • Key Internal Partners: Marketing, Sales Team
  • Key External Partners: Mall Partners, Vendors
  • Location: Hybrid

Summary & purpose

This role supports and translates the Maison’s brand vision into elevated trade and retail experiences, ensuring consistent and impactful execution across all trade point of sale.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of trade marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales and product visibility.
  • Coordinate the execution of in-store promotions, product displays, and other point-of-sale (POS) activities to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Ensure exceptional trade execution by leading end‑to‑end coordination of production and logistics, delivering promotional materials on time to drive retail excellence and brand presence.
  • Coordinate with key retail partners to ensure the successful execution of trade promotions and campaigns at the store level.
  • Elevate trade effectiveness through data‑driven tracking of campaign performance, uncovering insights into sales growth, client engagement, and retail execution.
  • Ensure operational excellence and timely campaign delivery through close collaboration with the Retail and Trade Marketing Manager.
  • Drive responsible trade investment through precise budget monitoring and proactive cost management.
Key performance indicators
  • Seamless and timely execution of trade marketing activations aligned with the Maison’s standards of excellence.
  • Ensure high‑quality in‑store execution with strong compliance to brand guidelines.
  • Sales uplift and sell‑through performance driven by impactful launches.
  • Manage trade marketing spend with strong budget discipline and cost efficiency
  • Insight‑led reporting, translating sales, client engagement, and in‑store performance into actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in trade or retail marketing; exposure to beauty or FMCG is an advantage
  • Strong grasp of trade marketing fundamentals, including in‑store activations and merchandising
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with precision, structure, and attention to detail
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring in‑store activations align with brand standards and campaign intent
  • Strong cross‑functional collaborator, adept at working with sales, marketing, product teams, retailers, and external partners

Travel Requirements: No regular travel required
