Join a dynamic team as the VP of IT Infrastructure Management, where you will lead and shape the organization's IT infrastructure strategy across multiple countries. Drive innovation and operational excellence while ensuring high reliability and security of IT services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of IT infrastructure including AS400, servers, networks, data centers, and cloud platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, serving as an escalation point for critical incidents.
- Coordinate and implement infrastructure upgrades, patching, and capacity planning to ensure high availability and performance.
- Manage cloud and hybrid environments, optimizing performance and integration with on-premises infrastructure.
- Lead infrastructure-related projects from design through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements, and monitor security controls.
- Collaborate with infrastructure vendors and service providers, reviewing deliverables and performance.
- Identify and implement improvements for infrastructure reliability, efficiency, and automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure or a related technical role.
- CCNP certification is required, along with relevant cloud-related certifications.
- Strong hands-on experience with AS400, servers, networks, data centers, and virtualization technologies.
- Proven experience supporting cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal capabilities, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to engage in occasional regional travel to support infrastructure needs. Familiarity with IT service management tools is preferred.
