About the role

Become an integral part of the team at GNV AVLFX Pte Ltd as an AVL Technician. In this full-time role based in the Central Region, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our state-of-the-art audio, video, and lighting systems.

As an AVL Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive a seamless and engaging experience.

What you'll be doing

Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on a variety of audio, video, and lighting equipment
Assist in the installation and configuration of new AVL systems
Provide on-site technical support and assistance during events and productions
Collaborate with the broader team to identify and implement improvements to our AVL infrastructure
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as an AVL Technician or in a similar technical role
Strong working knowledge of audio, video, and lighting equipment and software
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support events and productions
