Investor Relations & Public Relations Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute investor relations and public relations strategies aligned with business and investment objectives.
- Manage communication with investors, co-investors, financial institutions, lenders, media, and other external stakeholders
- Prepare investor updates, project and portfolio performance reports, presentations, and corporate materials.
- Support fundraising activities, investment proposals, and stakeholder engagement sessions including investor meetings and site visits.
- Manage media relations including press releases, media inquiries, interviews, and crisis communications.
- Oversee corporate and project announcements including partnerships, launches, milestones, and business updates.
- Ensure consistent messaging across investor communications, media channels, and corporate materials.
- Coordinate communications across joint venture and strategic partnership structures in Singapore and regional markets, including cross-border projects and multi-entity investments.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely approval of communications.
- Monitor investor sentiment and media coverage, providing insights to senior management.
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, and project teams to ensure accuracy of financial and project-related communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Finance, Economics, Journalism, or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or related fields.
- Experience in real estate or investment strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of investment structures, financial communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with investors, financiers, media, and senior management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
