About the Role

Join a dynamic HR team supporting key functions including performance management, talent management, board appointments, and HR administration. This role is ideal for candidates with HR coordination experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Salary: Up to $3,200

Employment Type: Contract (3 Months)

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Support administrative and logistical coordination for performance management and award-related activities
  • Prepare communication materials, announcements, certificates, and HR-related documents
  • Liaise with internal divisions and agencies to gather information and coordinate submissions
  • Provide administrative support for talent management initiatives, training matters, and engagement events
  • Assist in board appointment processes, including documentation, approvals, and record management
  • Maintain databases, update HR information pages, and ensure proper documentation of records
  • Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and logistical arrangements for HR activities
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Prior HR or administrative experience will be an advantage
  • Prior experience in MS office i.e excel, powerpoint and sharepoint will be useful
  • Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with tight timelines
