CNC Programmer

• Able to use CAM function to generate CNC Fanuc program.
• Able to interpret technical drawing and review 3D CAD design.
• Able to create Work Definition/ Processes in Oracle software.
• Analyzes the design and defines the best sequence of machining steps.
• Follow the Master parameter template to decide speeds, feeds and fixture to be used.
• Request CAD file from Engineer.
• Compare 3D model dimensions with hard copy drawing for any error.
• Ensure that cutting tools are available or highlight to superior for purchase.
• Optimize programs to ensure low cycle times and tool wear are minimized.
• Engage in other activities or responsibilities assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec/ Diploma in any Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics).
• Minimum 2 - 5 years hands-on experience in CAM software (Master Cam 2023).
• Knowledge and exposure in CNC Milling machines & Oracle ERP software.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawing.
• Team player who is able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
