The role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all billing adjustments and claims processing activities. This is not just a management position; it is a critical leadership role with the mandate to architect, influence and execute the financial experience for SGH patients.

The incumbent will be the strategic force behind SGH revenue cycle, ensuring financial integrity while championing a seamless, emphatic, and transparent journey for patients and their families.
The successful candidate will oversee a team responsible for reviewing, validating, and correcting billing discrepancies, while driving process efficiency and compliance using data-driven insights to optimize performance tracking. The candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of claims, from submission to approval or rejection.
The role is ideal for a result-driven professional with strong analytical, operational, and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate and manage the full bill adjustment process, including the review of billing discrepancies, validation of supporting documents, and implementation of accurate corrections in the system.
- Oversee the monitoring, processing, and resolution of claims to ensure accurate approval and prompt management of rejections or discrepancies
- Develop and implement KPI and performance analytics to track team productivity and service quality
- Identify process gaps, implement improvements, and drive automation and quality initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and patients’ satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal departments / teams to ensure compliance with policies, governance requirements, and service-level agreements
- Prepare management reports and data dashboards for performance review or strategic decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Healthcare management or related field (s)
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in claims management, billing operations or related leadership role
- Ability to manage teams and deliver measurable performance / improvements
- Possess strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools and performance dashboards
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills
