We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manager to oversee and drive key initiatives in the Digital Intelligence, Defense, and Public Security domains. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex intelligence and research-driven projects.This role requires a strong understanding of information, all-source intelligence, and geopolitical and security-related issues. The Project Manager will be instrumental in managing timelines, aligning internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables meet strategic objectives and client expectations.
Be Part of Our Success- Lead the full lifecycle of intelligence-related projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and domain experts to scope and design project workflows aligned with strategic goals in Digital Intelligence.
- Ensure the integration of OSINT, SOCMINT, and other intelligence methodologies in project execution.
- Monitor project performance metrics, timelines, and budgets to ensure quality delivery and compliance with client and regulatory standards.
- Develop risk mitigation plans and ensure proactive management of issues and dependencies across teams.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership and clients on project status, emerging risks, and solution strategies.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and maintain effective coordination with technical, research, and policy teams.
- Ensure that intelligence collection, data processing, and reporting activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Lead efforts to standardize project methodologies and contribute to organizational knowledge through documentation and post-project evaluations.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies relevant to project domains and integrate them into future planning.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Knowledge in Information Systems / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally within the defense, intelligence, or public security sectors.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple, concurrent projects in high-stakes environments.
- Good understanding of OSINT, SOCMINT, and intelligence tools, along with their application in security and geopolitical contexts.
- Experience working with classified, sensitive, or high-impact data and understanding of associated risk management protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering high-level briefings and strategic updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to synthesize large datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with geopolitical, economic, and security trends at regional and global levels.
- Agile, adaptable, and comfortable with evolving technology landscapes and shifting operational priorities.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a strong advantage.
