Account Executive | Full-Set, Construction, 5-days

Role Overview

We are looking for a diligent and experienced Account Executive to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be the backbone of our finance function, responsible for the full spectrum of accounting activities. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of construction industry practices and is comfortable managing the entire accounting cycle from start to finish.

• Manage the end-to-end full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Assist in monitoring project costs, tracking sub-contractor payments, and processing progress claims.
• Perform monthly closing of accounts, including bank reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
• Handle GST submissions, prepare schedules for corporate tax and audit purposes, and ensure compliance with local accounting standards.
• Support the team with daily finance-related administrative tasks and maintain organized filing systems for project documentation.

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (e.g., LCCI or ACCA equivalent).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience handling full-set accounts, preferably in the construction or project-based industry.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with progress claims, retentions, and construction-specific tax/compliance requirements is a strong advantage.
• Meticulous, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
