Job Title: Office Administrator / Office Manager

Reports to: Managing Partner

Job Summary:

We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage office operations, including supplies, facilities, and IT equipment
  2. Manage administrative tasks, such as coordination, company announcements, storage and record-keeping
  3. Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management
  4. Support basic IT functions like setting up email accounts, project group emails and IT audits
  5. Assists finance team with invoices and expenses.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of office management experience
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
