Job Title: Office Administrator / Office Manager
Reports to: Managing Partner
Job Summary:
We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including supplies, facilities, and IT equipment
- Manage administrative tasks, such as coordination, company announcements, storage and record-keeping
- Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management
- Support basic IT functions like setting up email accounts, project group emails and IT audits
- Assists finance team with invoices and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 2+ years of office management experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
