Systems Analyst
Work Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am to 6:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate seamless digital workflows, automate business processes, and deliver unified user experiences across enterprise platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes and integration workflows.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and performance standards.
Requirement:
- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or its equivalent.
- 5 years+ experience in system design and development.
- 5 years+ of technical experience in IT system support & maintenance.
- Ability to implement IT systems, change requests aligned with best practices, business objectives and policies and standards.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Technical skills required include the following:
- RPA using Automation Anywhere
- SharePoint
- Proficiency in .Net, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL
- K2 Workflow and SAP Fiori is preferred
- RPA certification would be an advantage.
