Job Summary

We are seeking a polished, service-oriented individual to represent our brand and deliver customer experiences aligned with luxury retail standards. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a vibrant showroom environment and are comfortable working weekends.

Job Descriptions

As the first point of contact at Lamitak Studio, you will:

  • Welcome and engage walk-in customers, designers, architects, and corporate clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury brand standards
  • Manage showroom appointments and visitor registrations
  • Conduct basic product introductions and showroom walkthroughs
  • Maintain showroom presentation, ambience, and display readiness
  • Handle enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Coordinate closely with Sales team on customer follow-ups
  • Track visitor data and prepare engagement reports
  • Support branding events, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives
Job Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, luxury retail, hospitality, or showroom environment
  • Ex-cabin crew or candidates with luxury retail/showroom experience are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Mature candidates with strong grooming standards and excellent customer relations skills are welcome
  • Able to communicate effectively to both English and Mandarin speaking customers
  • Well-groomed, confident, and professional in presentation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Service-driven with strong attention to detail
  • Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable working weekends and public holidays as part of scheduled shift rotation
  • Comfortable to travel between two work locations when assigned
  • Experience in interior design, building materials, or related industries will be an advantage
Work Schedule
  • 5.5-day work week (Shift-based)
  • Required to work on both Saturday and Sunday
  • Off days totaling 1.5 days will be scheduled on weekdays
