Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

• Assist in planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and growth in key international markets.
• Prepare and manage promotional materials across multiple digital touchpoints, including website, eDM, and social media.
• Coordinate with in-house designers to produce high-quality digital advertisements, brochures, and brand collaterals.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to evaluate campaign performance, track KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for ROI optimisation.
• Execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid reach, while maintaining and updating website content.
• Proactively monitor industry competitors and market trends to ensure the brand remains competitive.
• Craft compelling, USP-driven copy that addresses customer pain points and drives conversions.
• Manage end-to-end email marketing, including audience segmentation, tagging, and the development of automated lead-nurturing workflows.
• Support the design and logistical planning for international and regional trade shows (e.g., Big5, Buildtech, Conexpo, Bauma).

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing (online and offline). Experience in Public Relations is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Marketing Analytics tools, solid understanding of SEO/SEM and email automation platforms.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills with a creative mindset; a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Attributes: High level of self-motivation, a “can-do” attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
• Language: Excellent command of spoken and written English.
