Insurance Admin Executive (Motor & General Insurance | 1 Year Contract)

• Basic $2,500 – $3,000 + AWS + VB
• Working location: Queenstown
• Working days: 5.25 days (Monday to Friday & Saturday - once per month)
• Working Hours:
• 9.00am - 6.15pm (Monday – Friday)
• 9.00am - 1.00pm (Saturday - once per month)

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for motor and general insurance operations.
• Liaise with insurance companies and internal/external customers regarding new and renewal quotations, policy issuance, and related matters.
• Accurately update transactions and maintain up-to-date records in the system.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for documentation and record-keeping.
• Handle motor insurance sales processes.
• Manage email and phone inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and process insurance documentation efficiently.
• Uphold ethical standards and professionalism in all business dealings.
• Maintain high service standards and accuracy in all policy documentation.
• Ensure both customer and company requirements are met.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum GCE 'O' level cert with 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Candidates with Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, Comgi, PGi) will have an added advantage.
