- Create hand-tied bouquets and floral arrangements
- Prepare and condition flowers
- Pack and fulfill online flower orders
- Keep the workspace clean and organised
- Prior florist experience is required
- Able to work quickly and neatly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong eye for detail and floral design
- Team player with a great attitude
