Job description:

Key responsibilities include supporting the Medical Records Committee and Patient Records Review Subcommittee.

• Coordinate quarterly committee meetings, including but not limited to scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting documentation, and tracking follow-up actions.
• Support quarterly audits across clinical departments. Provide assistance with regulatory audits as required.
• Execute annual work planning while managing administrative processes including form management, record maintenance, and inter-departmental coordination.
• Assist with management of department policy documents to meet regulatory standards.
• Support abbreviation standardisation projects and process abbreviation requests.
• Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the department.

• Diploma in any field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail, responsible and possess strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a collaborative team.
