Fund Finance Manager – Real Estate Private Equity (6-months contract) - Geylang

Our client, a leading real estate private equity investment manager with a strong global presence, is seeking a Fund Finance Manager (6-months contract) to join their Singapore team. This role will support operational finance across a portfolio of fund and investment vehicles, reporting directly to the Finance Director.

• Financial Reporting: Review monthly reporting deliverables, including property and trust-level management accounts.
• Investor Deliverables: Prepare and review quarterly investor reporting questionnaires and reports.
• Cashflow Management: Oversee cashflow projections, bank administration, fixed deposits, loan compliance, rollovers, and interest payments.
• External Coordination: Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial agents; manage annual audits and tax filings.
• Fund Setup: Support entity incorporation, bank account openings, investor onboarding, and tax incentive applications.
• Fund Operations: Manage capital calls, distributions, and related operational matters.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure timely and accurate financial information for management and investors.

• Degree in Accountancy, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally in fund management, private equity, or real estate investment management.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and hands-on fund finance experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to work independently.
• Motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
