Job Responsible

Sales & Quotes

Help the Sales Manager with daily tasks & follow-ups
Prepare quotations, tenders & project proposals
Submit tenders via portals like GeBIZ & Ariba

Client & Team Liaison

Be the go-between for clients, sales team & internal departments
Coordinate deliveries with logistics & warehouse teams
Handle customer enquiries & provide updates

Admin & Documentation

Prepare technical submissions & compliance documents
Maintain project files, sales records & customer info
Use ERP system (SAGE) for tracking & reporting

Reporting

Compile sales & project reports for Management
Ensure reports are accurate & submitted on time

Marketing Support

Update product info, catalogues & website content
Help with events, product launches & presentations

Others

Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (preferably in construction industry)
