About the role
Geonamics (S) Pte Ltd., a leading engineering consultancy firm, is seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in the West Region. This full-time role will involve providing technical expertise and support in various civil engineering projects, with a focus on report writing and assisting senior civil engineers.
What you'll be doing- Conducting site investigations, surveys, and data collection to support the design and planning of civil engineering projects
- Preparing detailed engineering reports, calculations, and technical documentation
- Assisting senior civil engineers in the design, analysis, and implementation of civil engineering solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and practices
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a civil engineering or report writing role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to various stakeholders
- Proficiency in using engineering software, such as AutoCAD, ETABS, and SAP2000
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under tight deadlines
