Accounts Executive [ Accounting firm| AP | AR | GST ] - 8890

• Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Location: Ubi
• Salary: $2800 - $3,000

Job Responsibilities

Client and Relationship Management:

• Act as a point of contact for clients on day-to-day matters, with supervision where required
• Maintain communication with clients regarding ongoing matters and activities
• Respond to client queries and provide updates when required
• Escalate relevant issues and updates to management

Accounting and Service Duties:

• Prepare financial information for entry into the accounting system
• Update receipts and accounting records in a timely manner
• Handle cheque deposits and banking-related activities
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
• Prepare bank reconciliations and audit schedules
• Prepare monthly payroll records and payslips
• Handle monthly account closing up to trial balance, income statement, and balance sheet preparation
• Prepare quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) filings
• Handle corporate secretarial documentation and annual return submissions
• Prepare compilation of accounts and unaudited reports
• Liaise with external auditors on audit matters
• Prepare corporate tax computation and tax return submissions

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a professional services firm will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Xero, SQL, or equivalent accounting systems
