Marketing Communication & International Relations Executive

Work Location: Fusionopolis (walking distance to One North & Buona Vista MRT)

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and executing initiatives to grow engagement with local and international communities.
• Creating compelling content across digital channels—newsletters, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Developing publicity opportunities such as media releases, presentations, and corporate stories.
• Organising events (e.g. roadshows, seminars, webinars) for existing and potential clients.
• Supporting daily operations including reports, meeting minutes, budget tracking, and procurement.
• Evaluating communication and marketing effectiveness using analytics to refine strategies.
• Staying informed on supercomputing trends and best practices in marketing and communications.

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills tailored for diverse platforms and audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across teams and with senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management abilities and multitasking proficiency.
• Event planning experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or design skills is advantageous.
• Self-motivated team player able to work independently.
