Customer Service Officer *Rotating Shift* - Geylang
Join one of Singapore's busiest and most prestigious organizations! Our client, a government statutory board, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Officer to become an integral part of their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
- Respond to customer inquiries with excellent service
- Process payments accurately at the designated counter
- Provide support for additional duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
- GCE O Level with at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Proactive, resourceful, and skilled at problem-solving
- Open to working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Working Hours:
- Rotating Shift: 4 days work, 2 days off
- 10am to 10pm, 10pm to 10am (with 2 hours break)
- Training & Uniform provided!
- West & North Location Available!
