Customer service officer - Woodlands

Job Description & Requirements

You will be reporting to Site Incharge and required to undertake such duties as may be assign to you in the proper performance of your employment.

• Acts as window and interface with customer on all issues, and provide top level of customer service to all customers
• Liaise with customers on quotation status, progression of projects, and delivery schedules
• Escalate issues impacting customers on time delivery performances
• Maintain communication record of interaction with the customers in an orderly manner
• Coordinate with the internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters

• Maintain customers and supplier relationship
• Fully assist Sales Manager for all oversea and local customers
• Follow up to PO documentation once quotation is issued.
• Provide strategic leadership and overall sales and service direction and consistency to enhance productivity, quality and customer service
• Identify, develop and implement progressive and standardized methods of continuous improvement
• Define and maintain standards of performance
• Develop, communicate and implement mid and long-term goals and production plans for areas of responsibilities to ensure continued excellence, including appropriate contingency and risk planning
• Monitor and control expenditures and external/internal labour costs to operate within approved budget guidelines. Identify variances and potential corrective actions.
• Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the company’s Code of Business Conduct

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Nitec etc
• At least 1 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably with related min Customer Service or Equivalent
• Preferably with Engineering background
