IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure professional to take ownership of enterprise IT infrastructure across network, systems, and security domains. The role combines strong hands-on technical delivery with the ability to guide architecture decisions, support operational excellence, and mentor engineers within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure across network, systems, and hybrid environments.
• Manage and optimize network components including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, NAC, load balancers, and wireless systems.
• Support Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V), and storage systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to infrastructure engineers.
• Maintain infrastructure monitoring tools and enhance alerting, visibility, and performance monitoring.
• Implement infrastructure security best practices, including segmentation, hardening, and access controls.
• Support system hardening aligned with industry benchmarks (e.g. CIS).
• Manage vulnerability remediation, patching, and security compliance requirements.
• Support incident management, escalation handling, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure stability, resilience, and service performance.
• Ensure adherence to IT service management processes (incident, problem, and change management).
• Maintain governance over infrastructure assets, licenses, and configurations.
• Manage hardware and software lifecycle from procurement through to decommissioning.
• Support disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) activities.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate solutions and support infrastructure refresh and modernization initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10–12 years of IT Infrastructure experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
• Strong hands-on experience across infrastructure domains (network, systems, and security).
• Deep understanding of security, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Good knowledge of ITIL framework and system design principles.
• Experience in managing audits, compliance requirements, and risk assessments
• Hands-on experience across network (routing, switching, VLAN, firewall, VPN, NAC), systems (Windows/Linux, VMware/Hyper-V), Microsoft 365 hybrid environments, and monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, Nagios).
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA/CCNP, RHCE, MCSE, VCP) will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced enterprise environments.
