Sales assistant manager
ob Description & Requirements:
We are looking for a Sales Assistant Manager to support the company’s sales, customer service and daily business coordination functions. The candidate will assist with customer enquiries, sales follow-up, documentation, internal coordination and general operational support.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and follow up on sales matters.
Introduce company products and services to customers.
Prepare quotations, sales orders and related documents.
Coordinate with internal teams on customer requirements and work arrangements.
Maintain customer records, sales records and reports.
Assist with daily sales coordination and administrative duties.
Support the management team with business-related tasks.
Follow up with customers on orders, service arrangements and after-sales matters.
Perform other duties assigned by the company.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in sales, customer service, coordination or a related field will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to follow company procedures and work arrangements.
Basic computer skills for documentation, reporting and administrative work.
Able to manage customer enquiries and follow-up matters in a professional manner.
