Job Title: MINI Brand Ambassador

Employment Type: Part-Time / Casual (depending on Road show & campaign needs)

Position Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and engaging individuals to represent the iconic MINI brand as Brand Ambassadors. You will be the first point of contact with the public, playing a vital role in creating a positive and lasting impression of MINI. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, have strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy face-to-face engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and Greet Visitors: Provide a warm and professional welcome to potential customers and event attendees.
Brand Storytelling: Share the MINI brand heritage, lifestyle, and values in an engaging and relatable manner.
Product Presentation: Introduce various MINI models and their variants, highlighting key features, benefits, and specifications.
Unique Selling Proposition (USP): Clearly communicate MINI’s differentiators and value propositions.
Lead Generation: Engage visitors to collect contact details and qualify interest in MINI vehicles.
Test Drive Promotion: Proactively encourage and assist potential customers to sign up for test drives.
Represent Brand Values: Uphold MINI’s image and maintain high standards of professionalism and enthusiasm throughout all customer interactions.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and articulate in presenting information
Outgoing personality with a passion for customer engagement
Interest or background in automotive, lifestyle, events, or customer service roles preferred
Ability to work weekends or during scheduled event timings
Prior brand ambassador or events experience is an advantage

Training & Support:

Selected candidates will undergo a 1 to 2-day structured training session covering:

MINI brand history and positioning
Detailed knowledge of MINI models and features
Key talking points and sales techniques
Test drive procedures and lead collection process
