Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) professional who will provide expert advice and services in designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development initiatives aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. The role aims to enhance individual, team, and organisational performance and engagement through targeted learning interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop capability-building programmes that support business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend appropriate learning solutions, including external training providers and consultants, across various delivery modes (e.g. classroom, virtual, blended learning).
• Oversee training logistics, including course administration, scheduling, and maintaining accurate training records for compliance and audits.
• Facilitate and support the delivery of internal training programmes, such as new employee orientation and in-house development workshops.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for management on learning progress, participation rates, and training effectiveness.
• Act as a learning advisor to departments/divisions, supporting their team-specific development needs.
• Champion and drive adoption of digital learning tools and eLearning platforms within the organisation.

Requirements:

Education:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline; post-graduate qualifications in HRM preferred.
• Certifications such as IHRP, ACTA, ACLP, or equivalent are advantageous.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in a Learning & Development role, managing the end-to-end learning cycle (Needs Analysis, Design, Delivery, and Evaluation).
• Strong facilitation, communication, analytical, and project management skills are essential.
