Engineering Assistant - Geylang

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating samples and handling Engineer-to-Order (ETO) components.
• Conduct verification and approval of tooling equipment.
• Oversee the computerized tooling management system.
• Coordinate with both local and international tooling suppliers regarding design and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to analyze tooling failures.
• Support engineering assessments and evaluations.
• Communicate effectively with production staff, supervisors, and other support departments.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Possess at least an ITE certification in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• Proficient in software such as Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in manufacturing or process development.
• Capable of reading and understanding engineering drawings.
• Basic to good understanding of vision systems is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
