Regional Sales Manager

Role Objective:
Set quarterly and annual targets aligned with company objectives.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently forecast accurately.
Build long-term relationships with stakeholders across industries (e.g., tech, manufacturing, finance, etc.).
Lead and drive sales performance across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. Build and manage high-impact relationships, deliver against growth targets, and position our solutions across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Strategy & Execution:
Set quarterly and annual targets aligned with company objectives.
- Pipeline & Revenue Management:
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently forecast accurately.
- Key Customer Engagement:
Build long-term relationships with stakeholders across industries (e.g., tech, manufacturing, finance, etc.).
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing to localize campaigns and messaging.
Align with Product teams to ensure solutions meet regional market needs.Coordinate with Sales Engineering to drive technical proposals and demos.
Ideal Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience in EMEA sales, preferably Tech services and IT consulting .
- Strong understanding of regional variations in market dynamics, compliance requirements, and business customs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cultural adaptability skills.
- Target-driven mindset, with demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding quotas in complex territories.
