Senior Executive/Executive, Brand & Communications
The Senior Executive/Executive, Brand & Communications will be instrumental in shaping and executing brand and marketing strategies, taking a hands-on approach to elevate the visibility and impact of PCF, PCFSP, and PCFSC.
This role requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual with expertise in brand management, marketing communications, and content creation, including integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should excel in crafting compelling brand narratives, driving audience engagement, and overseeing multi-channel marketing initiatives.
A strong team player with good interpersonal skills, the candidate should be able to support team coordination, contribute to a collaborative work environment, and assist in aligning projects with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Management- Develop marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth
- Execute the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, utilising digital, social media, content marketing, and traditional media to maximise reach and impact
- Contribute to the content development and messaging strategy, ensuring consistency, relevance, and effectiveness across all marketing channels
- Act as the brand guardian, maintaining consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all touchpoints
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to better inform strategy and resonance
- Utilise on-ground and market insights to develop targeted segmentation strategies, driving personalised marketing initiatives that deliver relevant content and enhance customer engagement
- Optimise audience journey mapping to create seamless, data-driven experiences across digital and offline touchpoints
- Refine segmentation, enhance personalisation, and boost conversions through data-driven optimisation and performance tracking
- Continuously analyse audience behaviour and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and maximise marketing impact
- Manage and execute high-impact projects that align with strategic business objectives
- Collaborate with internal, external stakeholders, including agencies to ensure effective implementation of key marketing and communications initiatives
- Manage timelines, budgets, creative briefs, and agency/vendor coordination to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
- Work cross-functionally with teams in design, content, media relations, brand, digital marketing, and business units to ensure alignment
- Provide executive communications support for leadership, including thought leadership content and messaging strategies
- Manage the communications budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support strategic initiatives
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
Job Holder Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Brand, Marketing, or similar fields
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a marketing communications role
- Other Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:
o Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement
o Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an insights-driven approach to measuring and optimising brand and marketing campaigns performance
o Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
o Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
o Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
o Willingness to work occasional weekends to support events
