Sales Associate - Singapore

Location: Singapore

NEIWAI, a leading athleisure and lingerie company founded in Shanghai,With more than 150 stores in premium shopping malls across top-tiered cities in China, we are excited to expand our presence in Southeast Asia and establish our brand in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service and develop product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction
2. To strive to meet individual sales targets and be aware of store sales targets.
3. Deals with complaints, with the support of a manager, if necessary
4. Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team

Requirements:

1. At least 1 years' experience in retail industry, preferably in mid to-high-end apparel brands (sports brands are preferred)
2. Service-oriented, dynamic, hardworking and willing to learn
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Self-motivated and result-driven
