Software Engineer – Smart Factory Systems
- Onsite | West Singapore
We’re looking for Software Engineers to design, build, and scale intelligent systems powering digital factories — think robotics, IoT, AI, and real-time data platforms.
What You’ll Do- Develop and maintain applications that run smart factory operations
- Work on system integration across MES, PLC, WMS, and IoT devices
- Write clean, testable code and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with robotics, automation, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Support deployment, debugging, and maintenance of live systems
- Drive improvements in system performance, stability, and scalability
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar
- 2–6 years of experience in software development (industrial/embedded preferred)
- Strong coding skills in Python, C#, C++, or Java
- Familiarity with industrial systems: OPC UA, MQTT, PLCs, MES, SCADA
- Experience working in Agile teams and CI/CD environments
- Passion for solving real-world engineering problems with tech
- Experience with robotics (AGV/AMR), vision systems, or automation
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on with industrial protocols or system simulations
- Exposure to smart factory or Industry 4.0 projects
