Sales Coordinator cum Admin Executive

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

1. Customer Service & Administrative Support

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Handle customer issues and complaints with patience and efficiency.
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Maintain office and pantry supply inventory; place orders when necessary.
• Organize and maintain office common areas.

1. Quotations & Shipping Coordination

• Obtain and compare freight quotations from various suppliers.
• Evaluate and select the most cost-effective shipping options.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors.
• Ensure timely receipt of purchases to meet customers’ delivery schedules.

1. Order Processing

• Process sales orders, shipments, invoices, and invoice submissions after delivery.
• Handle online order processing.
• Receive and manage incoming shipments.

1. Engineering & Maintenance Support

• Schedule preventive maintenance, installations, and repair works for the engineering department.
• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers when required.

1. Overseas Coordination

• Support overseas affiliates with shipping documentation and administrative matters.
• Ensure timely and efficient communication with international partners.
