Responsibilities
Service Crew- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card payments.
- Recommend menu items and promote ongoing promotions.
- Ensure cleanliness of dining area, counters, and workstations.
- Clear tables and wash utensils when required.
- Assist in basic food preparation such as cutting, washing, and preparing ingredients.
- Support chefs in daily kitchen operations and meal preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools as required.
- Ensure proper storage of food and ingredients according to food safety standards.
- Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
