Bedok - Front Desk and Clinical Assistant

Salary Range: $2,100 – $5,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
About the Role:
We are looking for a bilingual, service-oriented individual to join Healthy Heart PTE. LTD. as a Front Desk & Clinical Assistant. This role supports both front-line service and administrative operations, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly each day.
The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about patient care in a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) setting. Basic computer skills are required, and being tech-savvy is a plus. We value those who are empathetic, friendly, and professional, with a strong grasp of customer service and TCM-related administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and manage front-desk operations including check-in, registration, appointment scheduling, and payment processing
- Handle phone, email, and walk-in inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
- Support physicians during consultations or treatment sessions as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative documentation
- Prepare and ensure cleanliness of consultation rooms and treatment areas
- Educate patients on basic clinic procedures and herbal medication instructions (under guidance)
- Assist with inventory tracking and ordering of clinic supplies and products
- Promote clinic services and participate in patient engagement initiatives
- Ensure the smooth daily running of the clinic by coordinating between front-of-house and clinical staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a TCM clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and basic conversational Mandarin (to communicate treatment information effectively)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a proactive attitude
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
