Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist (Allied Health Therapist)

Job Overview

We are hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Physiotherapists (PTs) to support rehabilitation services. Candidates from either discipline are welcome to apply.

You will be responsible for assessing patients, delivering therapy interventions, and supporting recovery and functional independence.

• Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Deliver physiotherapy or occupational therapy interventions based on patient needs
• Support rehabilitation goals including mobility, strength, coordination, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans where necessary
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management strategies
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports

• Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
• WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Therapy) or equivalent will be considered for Therapy Assistant roles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
