This exciting client-facing role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' success while achieving your career goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) clients and achieve sales revenue targets.
  • Cross-sell the full suite of Business Banking products, ensuring each client holds at least two products.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to provide holistic solutions for corporate and individual banking needs.
  • Maintain strong market knowledge to effectively position our offerings.
  • Deliver excellent service to clients, ensuring a positive and consistent experience.
  • Respond to customer queries within 2 business days.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, driving loyalty and advocacy.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including FATCA.
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate risk issues promptly.
  • Adhere to credit underwriting standards and ensure proper due diligence on all clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Proven track record in sales acquisition within banking/financial services.
  • Minimum Diploma holder in Business, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Strong passion for sales, relationship management, and customer service.
  • Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels in complex situations.
  • Knowledge of customer due diligence processes, including FATCA adherence.
  • Understanding of working capital financing and operating entity needs.
  • Knowledge of mortgage financing principles, including TDSR framework.
  • Familiarity with credit underwriting requirements.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Awareness of competitive landscape in SME banking.
