Senior Executive, Project Executive (Building / Construction) UP 6K #HYT - Bukit Merah

Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate project planning, design, implementation, and coordination with stakeholders
• Support the Hospital Planning Committee by preparing reports, presentations, and meeting documentation
• Coordinate F&E, M&E, and IT requirements from planning through to handover and operationalisation
• Track project schedules, costs, and activities for reporting to MOHH and internal stakeholders
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and users to align work processes and requirements
• Review design proposals, tender processes, specifications, and changes to ensure compliance with objectives
• Manage procurement, phase opening, defect rectification, and project completion records
• Provide administrative support including minutes-taking, scheduling, and documentation
• Ensure accuracy, timely follow-ups, and effective knowledge management

Requirements:

• Degree in Building, M&E, Project Management, or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing M&E (including IT infrastructure) of building development projects in Singapore
• Experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and budget tracking
• Advantageous to have experience in healthcare development projects or M&E consultancy
