As an Assistant Manager, Strategic Planning & Performance Management, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support organizational planning, development, and implementation of workplans aligned with relevant health strategies
• Conduct research and assist in planning management retreats by preparing presentation materials, document templates, reading materials, and meeting minutes to drive strategic outcomes
• Assist in organizing health-related activities to enhance the positioning and growth of the regional health system
• Facilitate meeting proceedings by ensuring quorum, managing project slides, and supporting logistical preparations for smooth and effective meetings
• Take accurate and concise meeting notes and prepare necessary documentation for timely approval and clearance
• Coordinate strategic meetings to achieve organizational goals
• Oversee workplanning and strategic planning cycles by collaborating with management and IT/Finance teams to identify goals and priorities shaping future workplans
• Consolidate departmental resource needs and proactively plan for budget requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication and writing skills, with healthcare background is an advantage
